$115 per person or $105 per person for people aged 70+
(the above entry fees will increase to $145 and $135 respectively as at 31 July 2021)

Artistic Figure Skating (Singles): $80

Age grouping only available in Singles Skating and Artistic Singles Skating: 18-29, 30-49 and 50+

Divisions

Singles Skating
Categories: Adult Singles Skating Ladies, Adult Singles Skating Men
Divisions: Copper*, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters, Masters Elite
Age Groups**: 18-29 years, 30-49 years, 50 years and older
*Technical Rules: As per Ice Skating Union Adult Figure Skating Technical Requirements Season 2021/22 plus Ice Skating Australia By-Law 511 for Adult Copper division.
**Age groups ratified by Ice Skating Australia.

Pair Skating
Category: Adult Pair Skating
Divisions: Adult, Intermediate, Masters, Elite Masters
Age groups: All athletes must be 18 or older before 1 July 2021
Technical Rules: As per Ice Skating Union Adult Figure Skating Technical Requirements Season 2021/22

Ice Dance Couples
Category: Pattern Dance
Divisions: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters, Masters Elite
Age groups: All athletes must be 18 or older before 1 July 2021
Technical Rules: As per Ice Skating Union Adult Figure Skating Technical Requirements Season 2021/22
Category: Rhythm Dance
Divisions: Adult, Masters, Masters Elite
Age groups:  All athletes must be 18 or older before 1 July 2021

Category: Free Dance
Divisions: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters, Masters Elite
Age Groups: All athletes must be 18 or older before 1 July2021

Synchronized Team Skating
Divisions: Adult, Advanced Adult
Age groups:  All athletes must be 18 years or older before 1 July 2021
Minimum Team Size: 8 athletes
Technical Rules: Ice Skating Australia By-Law 1036 and 1037

Theatre on Ice
Divisions: Adult
Age groups: Only one age group.  All athletes must be 18 or older before 1 July 2021.
Rules: Ice Skating Australia By-Laws Section 12

Artistic Singles Skating
Categories: Artistic Adult Singles Ladies, Artistic Adult Singles Men
Divisions: Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Masters, Masters Elite(if competing in this competition in a technical event then the artistic division selected must be the same as the division selected for the technical event).
Age Groups**: 18-29 years, 30-40 years, 50 years and older.
**Age groups ratified by Ice Skating Australia.

Novelty Pair Skating
Category: Artistic Pair SkatingDivisions: Adult.  No Test requirement.  This category is suitable for pairs made up of any combination of male and female athletes.
Age groups: Only one age group.  All athletes must be 18 years or older before 1 July2021.
Rules: Ice Skating Australia Section 9.

Novelty Group Skating
Category: Artistic Group Skating
Division: Adult.  No Test requirement.  This category is for groups of more than two athletes and can be made up of any combination of male and female athletes.
Age groups: Only one age group.  All athletes must be 18 or olderbefore 1 July 2021.

Number of Participant Requirements

Minimum number of participants required to conduct competition: 60

Minimum number of competitors for both Synchronized Team Skating and Theatre on Ice: 8 athletes (as per Ice Skating Australia By-Laws – Section 10 for Synchronized Skating and Section 12 for Theatre on Ice)

Maximum number of competitors: 16 for a Synchronized Team and 24 for a Theatre on Ice Team

Additional Information

  • All participants must be current financial members of an Ice Skating Australia affiliated State Association. Other participants must be affiliated with an Ice Skating Union member.
  • Participants who are not current financial members of an ISA State Association or affiliated with an ISU member are required to register for a membership prior to the event here.
  • There will be a figure skating social event. Details TBC.
  • Participants are responsible for providing their medical, accident and travel insurance.

Rules

The competition will be conducted under the International Skating Union Adult Figure Skating Rules and Technical Requirements for the 2021/22 Season and the Rules and By-Laws of Ice Skating Australia.
