Swim Central is the primary source for entries and entry times for those competing in Swimming at the upcoming Australian Masters Games.  For those unable to enter through Swim Central, times and entries will be taken from the AMG form. If swimmers have entered their times through AMG but are able to enter via Swim Central we would encourage them to do so.

All swimmers will be required to pay the sport entry fee via the AMG website.

Additional Information

  • All races will compete over the short course format (25m)
  • Masters Swimming Australia Rules as at close of entries will apply.
  • All participants must register through both the AMG system and Swim Central and submit their race entries via Swim Central –
  • If you are not a member of Swimming Australia you will need to email your entries and we will add them manually. president@swimmingact.com.au
    • Participants may be limited to fewer events if the number of entries is high.
  • To ensure the swimming program meets pool space availability times, the organisers reserve the right to cap the number of entries for each event. If a cap on entries is required, the affected athletes will be advised of the change to their program as soon as it’s possible.

Relays

  • Nominations for relay events are to be made at the swimming venue when called for. Please do not worry about entering these into swim central
  • Combined ages of relays are:
    • 72 – 119 years
    • 120 – 159 years
    • 160 – 199 years
    • 200 -239 years
    • 240 – 279 years
    • 280 – 319 years
    • 320 – 359 years
    • 360 – 399 years
  • Participating swimmers may only swim once in each relay event and must have entered at least one individual event
  • Clubs & state associations should submit relays via swim central prior to close of nominations. Relay name changes can be made on the day of the event and must be completed on the official form provided.
  • Mixed relay teams are to consist of two male and two female swimmers
