GAMES FEES

The standard registration period has now closed. Any registrations received after the 19th September 2025 are not guaranteed access to the participant pack or tickets to the opening ceremony.

 

There are 3 types of Australian Masters Games 2025 Entry Fees:

  1. Competitor
  2. Non-Playing Official
  3. Supporter

Competitor

The Competitor fee applies to all participants who are competing in at least 1 of the sports. This is a one-off payment regardless of how many sports you register for. Additional fees apply for each sport you register for and are in addition to the competitor fees outlined below. Please see individual sport pages for respective fees.

Gold Period – 29th January 2025 to 4th May 2025

Gold Period Full Access = $120.00                                      Gold Period Full Access 70+ = $112.00

Gold Period 3-day Access* = $90.00                                   Gold Period 3-day Access 70+* = $75.00

Early-Bird Period – 5th May 2025 to 27th July 2025

Early-Bird Period Full Access = $144.00                                        Early-Bird Period Full Access 70+ = $135.00

Early-Bird Period 3-day Access* = $108.00                                  Early-Bird Period 3-day Access 70+* = $89.00

Standard Period – 28th July 2025 to 19th September 2025

Standard Period Full Access = $160.00                                        Standard Period Full Access 70+ = $150.00

Standard Period 3-day Access* = $120.00                                  Standard Period 3-day Access 70+* = $99.00

*If you select a 3-day Access Pass, you will only be able to select 1 sport that has 1 competition running for 3 days or less, along with entry to 2 of the Marquee Events (which must be selected at time of registration). If you’re a Competitor who wants to upgrade your access pass from 3-day to Full Access, this will be permissible. Please contact amg.admin@unisport.com.au for further instructions. Please note Competitors are unable to downgrade their access pass.

Non-Playing Official

Applies to non-playing participants including coaches, team managers, scorers, and umpires who register for a team sport. Participants who are linked to a team are eligible for medals but cannot compete in that sport.

Non-Playing Official = $75.00

  • entry to Marquee Events (opening & closing ceremonies, mid-week party)
  • placegetter medals
  • access to first-aid trainers at all sporting events
  • accreditation pass
  • priority registration access to the World Masters Games 2029 in Perth

Supporter

Applies to any participant who is not a competitor or official but still wants to experience the Australian Masters Games in 2025.

Supporter = $50.00

Benefits

  • accreditation pass
  • priority registration access to the World Masters Games 2029 in Perth
  • entry to Marquee Events (opening & closing ceremonies, mid-week party) subject to capacity and must be accompanied by a competitor or non-playing official
  • participant pack
  • 20AMG Commemorative key ring
  • sponsors collateral
  • and more to be announced.

IMPORTANT: All transactions are subject to a PayPal charge (1.75% of total amount due +$0.30).

Refunds

All refund requests are now closed. If you believe you have an extenuating circumstance, please email amg.admin@unisport.com.au with full details of request or supporting documents (eg: medical certificate)

Any request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will require consultation with the sports convenor.
