Step by Step Guide: Downloading Your Digital Accreditation Passes for the 20th Australian Masters Games

The 20th Australian Masters Games will introduce Digital Accreditation Passes for the first time! The transition to digital passes brings a range of benefits including quicker access, increased sustainability, and easier entry to events. Follow these steps to ensure you have your Digital Accreditation Pass ready for use.

Step 1: Verify Your Email Address

Your digital accreditation will be sent to the email address you used to register for the Australian Masters Games, check the email address is correct on the mymasters portal. If need it to be updated, email at amg.rego@unisport.com.au 

• Tip: If you have received information about your registration for the AMG, that is the email address we will send your accreditation to.
• No emails: Double-check your spam/junk folders for missed emails, especially if you haven’t received your pass yet.

Step 2: You’ll receive an email containing your Accreditation Pass Email from ID123

If you registered for the AMG, you should have received an email containing your Digital Accreditation Pass details.

Follow the easy steps to download your digital accreditation straight to your smart phone.

• Date: Emails will be sent 1 October 2025
• Tip: Check spam folder for the missing email and check you’re email address is correct on our registration platform.

Step 3: Download the ID123 App

Download the app straight from the email.

  • Download from Google Play Store

Step 4: Install Your Digital Pass

Once the app is installed, follow the THREE EASY steps provided in the email to install your Digital Accreditation Pass:

1. Open the App
2. Tap the “Install My Card” Button in the ID123 Email or App.
   You should see a button to install your card directly within the app. Tap this to begin.
3. Insert Access Code: Your unique 4-digit access code will be provided to you in the email from ID123. Make sure you have it handy.

Important: This code is unique to you, so do not share it with others.

Congratulations – you now have your accreditation and can access the Australian Masters Games and all the benefits that go along with it. NO ACCREDITATION, NO PLAY!
