Conveniently situated in the heart of Canberra’s CBD, the Games Information Centre is the central hub for participants, volunteers, and visitors of the 20th Australian Masters Games. Participation packs and Volunteer packs for the Australian Masters Games 2025 will be available for collection here.

The Games Information Centre is located in front of the Canberra Times Fountain and opposite David Jones, approx. 750 metres (a 10-minute walk) from Alinga Street Light Rail Station, accessible via City Walk.

Services Available

At the Games Information Centre, a range of essential services are available to ensure participants, volunteers, and visitors enjoy a smooth and welcoming experience:

Participant Pack Collection
All registered participants can collect their official participation packs at the Games Information Centre. These include all the essential items and information required to compete in the Games, ensuring you’re fully prepared for your events. Participants must download their digital accreditation pass and present it at the Games Information Centre to collect their packs. A friendly team will be on-hand to answer questions and provide support.

Volunteer Pack Collection
Our volunteers play a vital role in the success of the Games. Dedicated volunteer packs, containing uniforms, resources, and role information, will be available for collection at the Centre. Volunteers are required to download their digital accreditation pass and present it at the Games Information Centre to collect their packs.

In partnership with Belgravia Apparel, the Games Information Centre will host the official Australian Masters Games 2025 merchandise store.
Visitors can explore and purchase a wide range of exclusive merchandise, including:

  • By Light Rail:
    Alinga Street Light Rail Station is the nearest stop, approx. 750m / 10-minute walk via City Walk.

  • By Bus:
    Multiple ACTION bus services stop at the City Bus Interchange, just a short walk away.

  • By Car:
    Secure paid parking is available at the Canberra Centre (multiple entries). Street parking is limited during peak hours.

  • By Bicycle:
    Canberra’s CBD is bicycle-friendly, with dedicated bike paths and bike racks located around the Centre.

  • On Foot:
    Staying nearby? The Games Information Centre is easily accessible by foot within the CBD Infront of Canberra Times Fountain and opposite David Jones.
